CHIOGGIA - A night of terror in Chioggia, where a tornado struck the southern part of the municipality. Hail and gusts of wind caused damage in many villages and along the coast in Sottomarina: trees felled, crops swept away. On the beach, umbrellas were broken and deckchairs were blown hundreds of meters. The municipality has already requested a state of natural disaster.
