Crispy Fried Chicken Ingredients 1: 1 (700 g) Chicken, cut into 12 pieces 1 sachet Desaku Marinade 1 tsp Ladaku Pepper Powder Ingredients 2: 800 ml Cooking Oil Ingredients 3: 125 g Wheat Flour (medium protein) 25 g Tapioca Flour 1 tsp Salt 1 sachet Ladaku Pepper Powder Ingredients 4: 8 tbsp Water 6 tbsp Flour Mixture of Ingredient 3 Methods 1. Mix (Ingredient 1) chicken with Desaku Marinade and Ladaku Pepper Powder, stir until well combined. 2. Mix (Ingredient 3) wheat flour, tapioca flour, salt, and 1 sachet Ladaku Pepper Powder, mix well. 3. Take 6 tablespoons of mixture of ingredient 3, pour into a bowl, then add 8 tablespoons of water, mix well. 4. Coat the chicken. with the flour solution then coat with the dry flour mixture until evenly distributed, knead with 10 fingers then shake gently (so that the attached flour does not fall off) do this until all are finished (do not pile them up) 5. Heat cooking oil (150 C) until a shimmering shadow appears on the pan, fry the chicken until golden brown for 15 minutes over medium heat. Remove and drain. 6.
