とみうら遊楽散歩道 / 千葉県南房総市富浦町を巡る

I walked the Tomiura Yuraku Walking Trail! It's been a really long time since I last hiked, since Iori Falls at the end of January. I had planned to visit the plum blossom mountain in March but couldn't make it, and then I had planned to visit a mountain with beautiful cherry blossom and peach blossom views in April but couldn't make it. I'm happy to finally be in Tomiura, which I'd been hoping to visit during loquat season! I started from the Tomiura Roadside Station and basically followed the Tomiura Yuraku Walking Trail course. I also stopped by Cliff Kannon (Tateyama City) near the roadside station. Tomiura Roadside Station → JR Tomiura Station → Toyooka Coast → Haraoka Coast → Tomiura Fishing Port → Obusa Misaki Natural Park → Cliff Kannon → Tomiura Roadside Station This is roughly the route I took. It was a fun experience with so many sights to see, including the calm sea, Okamoto Pier (Haraoka Pier), Tomiura Fishing Port, Myojin Cape in Obusa Misaki Natural Park, and Cliff Kannon. I covered the 14km in 6 hours. On the way back, I enjoyed some loquat soft serve ice cream and a short walk to take a break for some Takeoka-style ramen. I highly recommend this hiking route!
