At the age of 21, he switched from drumming to vocals. After meeting Lanny Rucker, a leading figure in the Japanese gospel music scene, he began studying gospel music. In 2000, he formed his own gospel choir, "HIRO's MASS CHOIR," as a gospel director. Today, with a total of 200 members, the choir is expanding its scope as one of Japan's leading gospel groups. He also invited Grammy-nominated, world-renowned gospel artist Kurt Carr to Japan in 2014 and 2018 to perform with him. Guitarist Kazuya Yamaguchi uploads videos at a moderate pace of about two per week! Originally from Osaka, Yamaguchi studied piano from a young age and began playing guitar at the age of 15. He began his professional career in 2002, supporting live performances and participating in recordings as a session guitarist (recent appearances include Chris Hart, JYJ Junsu (ex. TVXQ), Strawberry Prince (Strawberry Prince), Asami Imai, and George Tokoro). In 2006, he released the blues guitar instrumental album "Mojo Tribe," utilizing his bluesy style and for which he was solely responsible for composing, arranging, and programming. He also works as a guitar instructor, having taught over 1,000 guitarists, both professional and amateur.
