OVER BEDŘICHOV      We will start the trip to the Jizera Mountains in Liberec. It is a city in northern Bohemia on the Lusatian Neisse, the capital of the Liberec region, located between the Ještěd ridge and the Jizera Mountains. The fifth largest city in the Czech Republic, received city rights in 1577    In 2016, there were 4 tram lines in Liberec that converge at 0:45 in the "Fügnerova" node in the city center. The total length of the network was 21.5 km.   We go by tram to the Liberec district 'Lidové sady'. This place in the 1930s was often visited by the secretary of the government of Czechoslovakia Přemysl Šámal. In his honor, the castle was called "Šámalova chata". In summer Bedřichov is a starting point for hiking and cycling, in winter the village becomes a base for skiing tourism.    From Bedřichov we follow the red trail to the Bedřichovské sedlo pass, from here we descend to České chalupy, pass the Ježíškovy kameny rock group and soon reach the starting point in the Liberec district - Lidové Sady.
