Maslow's Hierarchy vs. Seek First the Kingdom | Discipleship Tips

We look at what Maslow and Jesus say about human needs and the steps we take to live a fulfilled life. We then compare the two ways of thinking, highlighting the similarities and differences. How do you find fulfillment in life? This question is one of life's biggest questions that everyone is trying to figure out. To answer this question, Abraham Maslow developed a theory called Maslow's hierarchy of needs that is commonly used today. Maslow had his ideas of how to reach fulfillment and self-actualization, and so did Jesus. What did Jesus say about how to be fulfilled in life and how to meet different needs? As believers in Jesus, it is essential always to ask how you see life compared to how Jesus says you should think about things. By going through this process, you become more like Jesus, and you learn more about Jesus' message at the same time.
