In a new study by the University of Sheffield, it claims "ASMR can have the same physiological and psychological benefits as relaxation techniques such as mindfulness." Why is ASMR so effective? We all know how life can sometimes feel a bit stressful, right? Well, ASMR can help us de-stress and increase the likelihood of getting a better night’s sleep (which we all want) thanks to its triggers with bonding behaviours.
