[“Chasing Dreams in the Deep Blue” Hong Kong Maritime Students' Internship Program Presents a Brilliant Success, Contributing to the Cultivation of Maritime Talent] The “Chasing Dreams in the Deep Blue” Hong Kong Maritime Students' Internship Program, organized by the Hong Kong Seamen's Union and aboard the vessel “Yu Kun,” has received strong support from the Marine Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government over the years, and is sponsored by the Maritime and Air Transport Talent Training Fund under the Transport and Logistics Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Participating Hong Kong maritime students generally report that they have benefited greatly, gaining invaluable hands-on experience on ocean-going vessels and unforgettable maritime life experiences that cannot be obtained in schools.
