In medium bowl, break up canned corned beef with fork or cut sliced corned beef into shreds. Add remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. Spoon corned beef onto bottom half of rolls; top with other half of roll. Wrap each in foil. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 10 sandwiches. EGG SALAD SANDWICH FILLING (pg 524) 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 tsp chopped pimiento, drained 1/2 tsp chopped chives 1/8 tsp salt Dash pepper 2 Tbsp mayonnaise or salad dressing In small bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill. CREAMY PIMIENTO SPREAD (pg 525) 8oz cream cheese, softened Dash of salt 2 Tbsp milk or cream 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2oz shredded Cheddar cheese 2 Tbsp copped pimiento In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, bean until light and fluffy.
