Land Rover Series 3 - Changing Leaf Spring Bushes
Changing a couple of shackle bushes on my 1983 Land Rover 109. There are easier jobs to do, but it's more time consuming than difficult - using taper drifts I was able to free the "metalastic" bushes without much hastle. If you can open up the spring a little it's much easier to break the rust. The rear shackle bushes on the front springs are a little more involved and will be changed along with the chassis bushes. By the way, ignore the "thanks for watching" caption half way through. Finger trouble on my part during the editing..... but thanks for watching all the same!!
