Supercharged Polaris has a Blown-up Engine, And how to build your NA Polaris to Handle Boost

In this video we diagnose a blown-up Supercharged Polaris 1000xp and show what you need to convert your Naturally aspirated engine to a Supercharged or turbocharged monster! In short the engine failed because of a few issues an intake boot was ripped allowing to much fuel to be injected and washing out the cylinder walls (also allowed dirt to enter while not on boost) along with the supercharger locking up to a small degree causing belt slippage. Another major problem was the intercooler got installed basically on the back window which would have caused extremely hot charge air also leading to engine failure 2022 Polaris RZR 4 1000xp 1600 miles This rig has a Kraftworks supercharger system installed.
