SmartLine: Troubleshooting Flow

This tutorial is a brief demonstartion using the SIM FLOW from CST vs the tap test when you are needing to certify whether or not your Aircard, Communication cable (between the Flow Insert and the Aircard) or Flow insert is the reason behind the loss of flow data from your panel and SmartLink Network. The Aircard should always be certified first, followed by the communication cable that connects the flow insert to the AIrcard. If FLOW can be seen by the Aircard, test the communication cable. If FLOW can be seen through the comm cable back to the AIrcard, then the flow insert will need to be replaced. If FLOW cannot be seen through the communication cable back to the Aircard, you must find where the wire has been damaged and repair it.
