Dolgu nasıl yapılır? Çürük Nasıl Tespit Edilir?

I tried to explain theoretically how to clean a cavity and how to fill it. Hoping to show it clinically in future videos. 1) Decay in the enamel is cleaned with a diamond round bur. 2) Once the dentin is reached, switch to steel round milling (wet work is recommended). 3) It is checked with a probe to see if there is any decay left, and air is sprayed on the enamel surface (cavities in the enamel turn white when air is squeezed). 4) Selective etching is done (only the enamel surface is etched) for 30 seconds. In shallow dentin caries, dentin can also be acidified for 15 seconds. 5) After 30 seconds, the acid is washed for 30 seconds 6) The cotton pellet is shaped into a ball and dipped in chlorhexidine. 7) Cotton soaked in chlorhexidine is kept in the cavity for 1-2 minutes (it has a bactericidal effect and also contributes to increasing our adhesion). 8) After waiting, take a dry cotton ball, shape it into a tight ball and wipe the inside of the cavity. 9) The inside of the cavity is left slightly moist and the bonding stage is started. 10) Do not forget to remove the reflector light while applying the bond, the bond polymerizes very quickly. 11) The bond is moved around the cavity as if massaging for 10-15 seconds, including the tubercles (the reason we move it around for 10-15 seconds is to ensure that it infiltrates the dentinal tubules). 12) It will be illuminated after the bonding process is completed (it should be illuminated for as many seconds as stated in the bond's prospectus). 13) A liner can then be used (high fill fluid) 14) To create a wall at the mesial or distal end, the matrix band is attached and the appropriate wedge is selected for the interdental space. The wedge can be pushed with the back of the press 15) While creating the wall, leakage can be prevented by squeezing a high-filling fluid between the cavity floor and the matrix band. 16) If you have it, you can remove dentin in a single irradiation with GC Ever 17) Otherwise, finishing is done using normal paste composite filling. If you have nanohybrid composite, your filling will be more durable. 18) Height control is performed, the patient is asked to clench and unclench his teeth, and is asked to grind them left and right and forward. 19) High areas are removed with a green or yellow banded pin bur. 20) Finally, polishing is done (I recommend polishing with water). 21) We pass around the gum with the tip of the probe to check. Bond residue or composite residue may remain, similarly, you can check the interdental space with a probe or dental floss. The contact you make should allow the floss to go in and out easily, and the contact should be created so that no food residue escapes.
