Mutton Corn Stew and Frybread ! | Let’s cook ! | Kotaa Lynn

Ever heard of corn stew? In today’s video we make the famous Frybread and pair it with mutton corn stew a Navajo staple loved by many. You can usually get this at the Gallup, NM flea market when you stop by any of their food vendors. Our favorite food stand is called “That One Stand”. Corn like this is sold in the local grocery stores and cost is around $25-30 for one pound. We make our stew with lamb chops from Sam’s Club, however you can use cut up meat from any part of a sheep or lamb, many people use the back bone as well. Please if you have any questions.
