There's a beautiful embankment there, you can easily walk along it for long periods. In one of the neighborhoods, I found an interesting five-story building that used to be a dormitory. The public spaces there are, to put it mildly, in dire need of renovation. Incidentally, from what I understand from local residents, the building hasn't been renovated for at least 16 years, and perhaps never at all. Last year, residents recorded a video, appealed to the Investigative Committee in Moscow, and even to the president. They said there was some kind of reaction back then, but the building remains in a deplorable state to this day.
