Crama Bratu. Tradiția vinului bun, dusă mai departe de urmașii lui Ioniță Bratu

Sterian Bratu is part of the new generation of oenologists, having the chance to create wines right in the family winery. Built in memory of Sterian's grandfather, Ioniță Bratu, the winemaking business in the Galați commune of Tulucești is a benchmark for young wines, which grow year after year both in terms of the number of bottles sold, and especially in terms of market presence and quality. When they decided to invest in viticulture, the Bratu family had already consolidated an agricultural business in the large-scale crop sector. However, Ioniță Bratu's three sons wanted to honor the memory of their father by carrying on his local heritage. This is how a new wine brand appeared on the market, fresh but full of tradition. A dream come true for the descendants of winemaker Ioniță Bratu is the sparkling wine that bears the family label. The first sparkling wine produced in Galați County, it will represent, in the near future, one of the stars of the tastings organized right in the winery's restaurant. And to complement the location, the Bratu family is also planning a unique space, a museum dedicated to the person who was Ioniță Bratu, a Romanian wine professional.
