Here we are, en route from Royan-Médis LFCY to Granville-LFRF. A long, straight line takes us along the Atlantic coast, passing over Île d'Oléron, Fort Boyard, La Rochelle and Île de Ré, La Roche-sur-Yon, Nantes, Rennes, and then the magnificent Mont-Saint-Michel (and Île Tombelaine) before preparing our approach to Granville. The highlight of the trip was the little family enjoying the sun on Carolles beach, to whom I gave a nice wingbeat before continuing my familiarization.
