EP 002: First Time in Europe: Sidetrip in Amsterdam 🌨️🇳🇱

I never planned for Amsterdam to be my very first European city. But when I found out I'd be passing through on my way to start a new life in Spain, I knew I had to stop and stay a while. Those three days were something I didn't expect. I saw snow for the very first time in my life and stood there just completely in awe. I got on a canal cruise and felt like I was floating through a postcard. I walked streets I'd only ever seen in photos, tried food I'd been curious about for years, and just let myself be present in a city that's truly one of a kind.
