Years after our initial conversation, I reconnect with Tonya Parker, a contributor to “Reiki Heart and Soul,” to discuss how her relationship with Reiki shifted into something she embodies, crystallizing during her 2020 training with Frans Stiene. Tonya Parker, MEd, EdS is the Founder and Creatrix of Mind Body & Soul Food, a holistic wellness and conscious healing practice devoted to nourishing women’s lives from the inside out. With more than three decades of experience as a psychotherapist, educator, healer, and spiritual teacher, Tonya bridges ancestral wisdom and modern restorative practices to support deep, sustainable well-being.
