🏖️ Sultan of Side 5* is a popular inexpensive hotel in Side (Türkiye). This is one of the cheapest “fives” in the Evrenseki area. Tourists often choose it for an all-inclusive holiday in Turkey. But isn't the hotel's name too loud? Are they really offering a vacation worthy of the Sultan himself? The distance to Antalya Airport is 50 km. The territory of the Sultan of Side 5* hotel is 20,000 m2. It consists of three buildings. What is on the territory: • Swimming pools: main 628 m2, "relax" - 370 m2, water park - 135 m2 • 6 water slides • SPA center: indoor pool, hammam, sauna - free of charge • Sports: gym, water polo, volleyball, water aerobics • For children: playground, kids club, mini disco • Active animation 🔹 Room In this video I made an overview of the family room category. It's a little simplistic. There is a paid safe and not the best soundproofing. But there is free Wi-Fi, slippers, a kettle, two air conditioners. Bed linen and towels are clean, TV is new. 🔹 Food and drinks The buffet at the Sultan of Side 5* hotel turned out to be quite good. Breakfasts and lunches are standard for cheap "fives" in Turkey. Not too varied, but not scarce either. And the dinners here are good. The hotel has theme nights with a good selection of meats, fish, desserts and fruits. Intermediate food in the Sultan of Side is good. The A'la Carte restaurant in the hotel is chargeable. From the all-inclusive drinks, the Sultan of Side 5* bars offer tea and coffee, ayran, lemonades and juices, Turkish alcohol. 🔹 Beach Sultan of Side 5* is a 7-minute walk from the sea. The beach is equipped: there are showers, toilets, changing cabins, sun loungers, awnings, a good snack bar. Beach towels can be changed free of charge. The beaches in Side are wide and sandy, with a smooth entry into the sea (suitable for swimming with small children). 🕵🏼‍♀️ Tourist reviews about Sultan of Side 5* are contradictory. Some praise it, others scold it. I think that this is a typical inexpensive "five" in Turkey. The hotel saves on something, but still squeezes the maximum out of its budget and tries to please guests. For this I give them a plus. Moreover, "Sultan" keeps the minimum prices for this season. It seems to me that this hotel will be good for those who are ready to turn a blind eye to some shortcomings (I did not note critical moments here). And also for those who travel to Turkey for the first time.
