Shadow chase Tails through the countryside. Tails flees to the Car Wash, accidentally trapping Sonic in the machinery before also trapping our foe. Everyone cheers for Tails, but he finally confesses the truth behind Sliver’s death while urging Shadow to respect Sonic’s lifestyle. Shadow reconciles with Sonic and accepts him, and states that he and the rest of the Hedgehogs the city no ill will and Tails finally got the girl of his dreams: Lucky Prescott!
