We're building on last week's karana with arm movements: a sequence with simple variations of Virabhadrasana, Kali to connect movement and balance, and using Anjali and mudras to create the grounding necessary for growth. Gradually, we close our eyes. In this session, we'll add the arm movements to this karana. Enjoy your practice.
