Using the Roland TD 17 Drum Module SUB Function

In this video, I explain how to use the 'SUB' function on the Roland TD17 Drum Module. The SUB function enables you to 'layer' sounds on your drum pads or zones of your pads - an example I use in this video is combining a tambourine sound with a Hi-Hat sound. You'll also discover how to switch from one sound to another depending on how hard you hit the respective pad.
