It's called (Error 0x00000709). In the video, to correct this error, we'll modify the Windows registry. It's worth noting that this method was tested with Windows 7. Steps to correct this error: 1) Press the Windows key + r and press Enter. 2) Click Yes in the dialog box. 3) Select the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows key. 4) Right-click the Windows key and select Permissions. 5) Select the "All Application Packages" group, select Allow in the "Full Control" column, and click OK. 6) Select the Device value, right-click, and then click Delete. 7) Finally, restart Windows.
