Here's a recipe for mango jam. A simple and easy recipe. With a delicious flavor. You can make it without sugar, just add a tablespoon of lemon juice. INGREDIENTS 1 kilo of chopped mango (about 3 large mangoes) 400 g of sugar 100 ml of water (This makes 3 small jars of about 100 g and one jar of about 250 g) COOKING Sterilize the containers in plenty of water. When it boils, count 10 minutes. Then remove from the water and let it dry. Chop the mangoes into small cubes. Add everything to a pot, preferably a nonstick one. The chopped mangoes, water, and sugar. The amount of sugar is usually half the weight of the chopped mango. I added a little less, and it's perfect. You can make it without sugar. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and cook until thickened. Cook over medium heat until thickened to your liking, approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Pour into the containers immediately. Seal. The heat will create a vacuum by placing the container upside down. Store in a refrigerator where it won't freeze. Store packaged containers for about 6 months to a year. But I don't recommend it.
