Blind in One Eye, Russell Frederick Still Sees the Bigger Picture | ALL ARTS TV

Brooklyn’s own Russell Frederick is a self-taught photographer. He shoots medium and large formats and his work has appeared in The New York Times and The Washington Post, among others . Frederick has been battling with glaucoma. He’s lost eyesight in one eye and has adapted to using digital photography to continue his successful career. As he says, he’s lost his eyesight but not his vision.
