After graduating from the Faculty of Letters (Department of Thought and Culture) at the University of Tokyo, he became unemployed. He quit the company he joined as a part-timer earning 1,000 yen per hour after 3 years He became unemployed again during the Great Recession of the Lehman Shock. Afterward, I transitioned to the real estate industry and engaged in property management. I was often busy dealing with complaints from the owner of a tenant snack bar. After gaining experience in real estate appraisal and consulting, I moved to the real estate investment department at Goldman Sachs. During that time, I started investing in real estate with a capital of 1 million yen. I continued investing in real estate while increasing my income through my main job and side businesses. I became independent and have been doing so ever since. I could have easily made a living by just running the rental business alone, but because I took on various projects, I couldn't keep up with the workload and had to hire staff. Then, the COVID-19 shock wiped out my main source of income. While teleworking continued, I launched a YouTube channel as a new project. Although I am a real estate appraiser, I cannot write appraisal reports. I passed the real estate license exam after studying for 5 days, but I don't retain any knowledge that I don't use in my work. My special skill is cramming the night before.
