Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Terriers, and other breeds: dangerous fighting dogs or loving family pets? Owners, animal rights activists, veterinarians, and politicians have differing opinions—especially when a dog has just injured someone. Then the question arises: Who is the problem—the dog or the owner? Reporter Bo visits the "Hellhound Foundation," a shelter for dogs that have already injured people or animals. Bo also accompanies a Rottweiler and her owner during training at the "Dogwhisper" dog school and shows what regulations apply to so-called "listed" breeds. These regulations vary from state to state. Therefore, it's impossible to give a single figure for the number of dogs of each of these breeds in Germany.
