IL-114-300 - the old-new regional

The IL-114 is a turboprop passenger airliner, created in the Ilyushin Design Bureau in the late 1980s. The aircraft was certified and produced in small series at the Tashkent aircraft factory until 2012. The IL-114-300 is an updated version of the basic IL-114, created as part of the program to resume production of the aircraft in Russia. Modernization touched structural elements, power plant, control systems and interior. It assumes occupying the niche of airliners of local and regional transportation one step below the SSJ 100 jet.
