Diagnosis and repair of an Onkyo brand amplifier model TX-NR646. The unit constantly falls into protection mode and indicates that the left and right channels are defective. Checked the components of the left and right channels. Replaced the output transistors of the left and right channels. Repeated the tests. The speaker relay is defective. Replaced the relay. Reset the unit. Tested = OK
