Kanawha County Sheriff's Office - Wanted Wednesday 05/06/2026

🚨 WANTED WEDNESDAY 🚨 The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating two individuals who failed to appear for their scheduled court dates in front of Judge Abraham and now each of them have an active Circuit Court Capias issued for their arrest. Danny Ray Peck Peck failed to appear for his arraignment on April 29, 2026 for the underlying charges of Credit Card Fraud and Conspiracy to Commit Credit Card Fraud. He is believed to be in the Cross Lanes area. Ernest Lee Alexander III Alexander failed to appear for his arraignment on April 30, 2026 for the underlying charges of Credit Card Fraud and Conspiracy to Commit Credit Card Fraud. He has also picked up additional charges the same day he missed court and now has an active warrant for Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards (x2) He is also believed to be in the Cross Lanes area.
