Mona Vetsch is back in the thick of things. But she only finds out where she's going when she follows the clues from the black box. In the black box, she finds sunscreen and a map with "Meeting Point: Zurich Airport." Off to the beach? No luck – she ends up on the largest construction site in Switzerland. There, the construction workers don't treat her gently and even have to build her own wall. Will she manage? Mona Vetsch has only ever seen construction sites from the outside. Now she's getting to work on a gigantic construction site. Alongside 500 construction workers, she's the only woman. Work is underway day and night to realize the billion-dollar project The Circle. In two years, it will complement Zurich Airport – with hotels, restaurants, and even part of the university hospital. From the very first second, Mona Vetsch is fully engaged. She hammers, forms, and concretes. And quickly reaches her limits. After just a few hours, she has back pain. She's a little ashamed of it. Because alongside her are people who have been building for our country day after day for over 30 years, working hard on the Switzerland of the future. Mona Vetsch doesn't hear any complaints from the construction workers. Rather, they are proud of what they are accomplishing here.
