One Week in Vanuatu | Is Efate Island Worth Visiting?

Vanuatu is a small island nation in the South Pacific sitting between Australia and Fiji. Made up of more than 80 islands, it's known for its clear blue water, coral reefs, beaches and undeveloped beauty. We stopped at the jungle paradise of Eden on the River, swam at Eton Beach, floated in the famous Blue Lagoon and snorkelled at beautiful Top Rock. The ring road drive is potholed, but a must do - with jungle, coastline and swimming spots around every corner. For the second half of the trip we headed north and stayed at The Moso on Moso Island, just offshore of Efate. The accommodation and dining here was pretty luxurious, especially given the remoteness. From there I did two scuba dives with Tranquility Island Eco Dive Resort. We also spent hours snorkelling at Embas Beach, which is reached on foot across Moso Island and which we had all to ourselves for a day.
