Leon Cupra ST stage 1 Nürburgring #BTG 8.36

I am not a track driver, my car isnt a track car. I drive this daily and dont do track days, but I love the Nürburgring. I am just sharing my time that I was pleased to get and know I could get more with some engine cooling mods and coilovers. This was my last lap of my trip and lap number 12, I have only done 15 laps of the Nürburgring in total, doing only 3 on my last trip due to lack of confidence in 2024. I used Assetto corsa in that time to learn the track and it really helped me. Braking zones, corners and not guessing whats round the corner or over the bend. The car is stage 1 around 380bhp and on eibach lowering springs and stock shocks. no weight saving and I have Porsche macan front calipers and discs. I had bluestuff pads on the front and yellow on the back. I also used Michelin PS4S tyres. These cars are so capable and I will be back with stage 2 and cooling and coilovers with some weight saving mods to get in the low 8s.
