This offense carries a penalty of one to 10 years in prison. The suspect was also placed under preventive police supervision. A 17-year-old will also be charged in Family Court for the incident. It's worth noting that the Tczew Municipality has also filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office, citing the identified perpetrators and others who may have participated in the act.
