James and Ste trick Juliet and Peri into a couples meditation session at the gym but before they can make their escape, Juliet makes them take part. There's a very funny moment with James and Ste during the meditation but the ultimate aim to reunite Peri and Juliet fails when Juliet gets upset and can't continue. Juliet opens up to James later about still loving Peri but being scared, and when Juliet asks James about Ste, he tells her he doesn't trust himself not to hurt Ste again. James tells Juliet she's braver than him and to tell Peri how she feels. Peri tells Ste she's joined a dating app and encourages Ste to join, telling him he could be waiting years for James to be emotionally available.
