Marga Richter: Concerto for Piano, Violas, 'Cellos & 'Basses (1955)
The American composer, Marga Richter (1926- ) wrote her First Piano Concerto in 1955 for pianist William Masselos on commission from MGM Records. It was recorded in late 1956 with pianist William Masselos and Carlos Surinach conducting the MGM String Orchestra.
