This is with all Christian denominations being grouped as one category. Since then, things have shifted. Now there is a HUGE unaffiliated group and other percentages have changed. Various groups have conducted surveys to determine approximate percentages of those affiliated with each religious group. Some surveys ask people to self-identify, while others calculate church memberships. The first table below represents the ranges that have been found."
