1:02.4 Raksha [No Prep] + Rotation

I've fully build this rotation for consistency, avarage killtime between 1:05-1:10 without fail Downgrading to ful arrow camp or without pocket slot will work too but less consistent Rotation relies on the 'multiple bolg procs same tick' interaction, for more info:   / discord   Since sgb as 4th ability in draco buff will not get the critchance increase, sgb is forced as 3rd ability in draco buff, increasing the amount of arrow switches to be optimal
