SerproCast 01 - Transformação digital nas prefeituras: desafios, oportunidades e resultados

The first episode of SerproCast was recorded during the March of Mayors, held between May 18 and 22, 2026 in Brasília, and focuses on the theme "Digital Transformation in Municipalities: Challenges, Opportunities, and Results." Participants in the conversation included Wilson Cardoso, president of the Union of Municipalities of Bahia (UPB) and mayor of Andaraí (BA); Robson Back, executive director of the Consortium for Innovation in Public Management (CIGA); and Carlos Alexandria, superintendent of New Business at Serpro. Throughout the episode, the guests discuss how technology is helping Brazilian municipalities to increase the efficiency of public management, modernize services, and strengthen the relationship between government and citizens.
