Give yourself at least 5-6 hours if you never did this before. Items needed: Radiator (move old parts to the new radiator like rubber feet, temp sensor, etc) 10 and 12mm tools Screwdrivers Paper towels Needle nose pliers Antiseize compound Coolant 2 gallons Hose clamp if corroded Ramps Flashlight Clip remover tool Large radiator funnel for burping 5 gallon pail Steps: 1) Move car to ramp or lift front 2) Remove splash guard 3) Relocate hood stand 4) Drain coolant (loosen cap) 5) Remove upper, lower, recovery hoses 6) Remove grille (see Zach Fields vid • CR-V Grill Removal and Replacement ) 7) Remove hold down brackets 8) Remove horn bracket 9) Unplug fans and temp sensor 10) Unclip hood latch cable but dont remove latch 11) Remove bulkhead 12) Remove fans 13) Remove radiator Install in reverse order and add coolant and burp with heater on Torque fans 7nm Bulkhead 10nm Hold down brackets 12nm Temp sensor 10nm
