🏆 We Came for TARPON… The BASS Had Other Plans! 🎣🔥

We headed back to the saltwater ponds with one goal in mind… catch a tarpon or snook! 🎣 This time Curtis and Isayda joined the adventure as we caught baby bluegill and mojarra for live bait and got to work. The target species never cooperated, but the action definitely didn’t stop. We landed several beautiful largemouth bass in the 2 to 4 pound range, with Curtis putting on a show using artificial lures. We also had a couple of heartbreaking close calls, including a tarpon that spooked at the last second and a snook that was about to eat before a hungry bass stole the bait instead! It wasn’t the ending we were hoping for, but every trip teaches us something.
