Parker Jotter Review
In this video, I review the Parker Jotter, an inexpensive pen that is among the lowest tiers of the Parker pen ranges. Actually, I was surprised by the nib, which was not nearly as scratchy as I feared it would be. So if you're in the market for a very cheap pen that can even be converted to eyedropper, you might consider this one.
