This is the workout I did in "2 weeks of training with a plastic bottle"! Using weights is a great way to increase your breasts efficiently. This is a definite muscle pain menu that will directly stimulate your breasts. Take in nutrients and protein, get plenty of sleep, and make sure your breasts grow properly. I know many people are worried that training with weights will make them look awkward and bulky. In my verification video of this workout, I was able to lose 0.2cm from my arms and 2cm from my shoulders. No worries, let's get those arms slimmer and breasts up! I used a 2L plastic bottle, but if it's too much for you, you can use a 500ml bottle. Of course, you can also use dumbbells.
