The Challenge of Working with Borderline Personality Disorder While Keeping Your Sanity, Chalon Rubina, LCSW This session will present an overview of Borderline Personality Disorder, including criteria for diagnosis and how those criteria show up in sessions with clients. Some tips and methods will be provided for managing client’s behavior and maintaining your own boundaries, emotional regulation and sanity while working with these challenging clients. She specializes in working with life transitions, especially those going through or recovering from divorce as well as with individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD) or those in close relationships with someone that has borderline personality disorder.
