History Comes Alive - Hawaiians In Europe - A Visit With Willy Kauai, PhD

@VoicesOfTruthTV - Between 1880 and 1892 19 Hawaiians selected by King Kalākaua participated in a Hawaiian Youths Abroad program in six different countries around the world. 126 years later, starting in 2018, a group of students from the University of Hawai`i traveled to Europe to retrace the paths of those Hawaiian youths of the late 1800ʻs, researching archives, student journals, museums and historical sites. What they discovered on their journey was amazing evidence of the 19 students as well as the Hawaiian Kingdomʻs rich and proud history.
