Very Rusty 1947 Wyoming Plate - Restoration

In this video, I restore this rusty and heavily dented 1947 Wyoming license plate back to new condition and original colors. At the end of the video you'll see a vintage photo I bought that is from 1947 also. Looks like it was a nice day for hunting or fishing in WY somewhere.
