Along the way, we try all the quintessential Georgian delicacies: khinkali, the famous soup-filled dumplings eaten by hand; pkhali, walnut-based vegetable spreads packed with herbs; and khachapuri, Georgia’s iconic cheese-filled bread in its many regional forms.
