Some early European OTIS Gen2 elevators in one of the oldest shopping malls in Liverpool which opened in 1969. Featuring vandal resistant buttons and Drucegrove (generic) voice announcement which was a fairly common feature in early 2000s OTIS installations in England. The mall has only two floors where the ground floor is called "Lower Mall" and the 1st floor is "Upper Mall".
