In my last video, you saw how this large oil painting came to be. But many important scenes and thoughts behind the painting couldn't be shown there. That's why today I'm taking you back to the creation of this work and telling you the story behind the symbols, the figure, and the thoughts that arose during that time. This painting was created during a period in my life when I wasn't doing particularly well. Instead of just carrying all these feelings inside, I tried to put them onto the canvas. The chains, the figure, and the somber atmosphere all have a very specific meaning. Perhaps some of you will recognize something of it in your own lives.
